Why we exist

Hiring across professional and commercial roles is its own discipline. The shortlist matters more than the volume. The cultural fit decides whether a finance manager, an HR business partner or a sales director is still in seat at six months.

CH&H Staffing Solutions was set up to fix that. We are a US permanent staffing partner with one belief at the centre of the desk: a hire only works if both sides feel cared for.

What we do, plainly

Permanent placements across ten US industries. Our desk is built around hires that stay - the brief, the vetting, the offer support, the day-7 / 30 / 90 follow-ups - every step geared toward six-month outcomes.
