Why we exist

Hiring across professional and commercial roles is its own discipline. The shortlist matters more than the volume. The cultural fit decides whether a finance manager, an HR business partner or a sales director is still in seat at six months.

CH&H Staffing Solutions was set up to fix that. We are a US permanent staffing partner with one belief at the centre of the desk: a hire only works if both sides feel cared for.

What we do, plainly

Permanent placements across ten US industries. Our desk is built around hires that stay - the brief, the vetting, the offer support, the day-7 / 30 / 90 follow-ups - every step geared toward six-month outcomes.

Who we work for

US professional services firms, mid-market commercial businesses, and in-house functions of larger enterprises. We work with consultancies, accounting firms, fintech and SaaS scale-ups, and family-owned commercial businesses.

How we vet

• Right-to-work and identity verification
• Reference contact (current and previous employer where possible)
• Certification verification (CPA, SHRM, PMP as relevant)
• A structured competency conversation, scenario-tested where the role calls for it
• Salary expectations, notice period and motivation captured in writing

How we think about a placement

A successful placement is not a CV submission. It is the moment six months later when the new hire is still in seat and still happy.
